We offer a 14-day return window for all unopened and unused products purchased directly from our store. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in resellable condition.
Due to hygiene regulations, whitening gels, strips, and other oral care items that have been opened or used cannot be accepted. If your product is defective, please contact us so we can provide a replacement or refund under warranty.
Please note: for all returns initiated after an order has been created and confirmed, a return processing fee of €15 will be deducted from your refund. This covers handling, inspection, and administration costs.
To initiate a return, send an email to hello@glimoracare.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide the return instructions. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned items.
