Each Glimora whitening product comes with clear step-by-step instructions. For the Whitening Kit, apply the PAP+ gel evenly to your teeth and use the LED mouthpiece for 16 minutes. Whitening Strips should be applied to clean, dry teeth and left on for the recommended 30 minutes. The Whitening Pen allows for targeted application on individual teeth.
