Can I cancel my order after it’s been placed?

Orders can be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. If cancelled after creation, a €15 handling fee applies. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible, but unopened items may still be returned under our return policy.

Once your order has been placed, there is a short window during which cancellations are possible. If your order hasn’t yet been processed or shipped, you can request a cancellation by contacting our support team as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to intercept the order and issue a refund.

Please note: if your order has already been created in our system, a handling fee of €15 will be deducted from the refund to cover administrative and processing costs.

If your order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you are still welcome to return the product once it arrives, provided it meets the conditions of our return policy (including the €15 return processing fee).
