1. Definitions

1.1 “Glimora” refers to Glimora Beauty Group B.V., registered in the Netherlands, including its employees and representatives.
1.2 “Customer” refers to any natural person or legal entity who places an order with Glimora via the website www.glimoracare.com.
1.3 “Agreement” means any contract between Glimora and the Customer resulting from an order placed through the website.
1.4 “Products” means all items offered for sale by Glimora on its website.
1.5 “Terms” refers to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Applicability

2.1 These Terms apply to all offers, orders, and Agreements made with Glimora.
2.2 By placing an order, the Customer accepts these Terms.
2.3 The most recent version is always available on the website and replaces all previous versions.
2.4 In the event of an obvious error or mistake, including but not limited to incorrect pricing or typographical errors on the website, Glimora reserves the right to cancel the Agreement. If payment has already been made by the Customer, Glimora will refund the amount paid in full without delay.

3. Offers and Prices

3.1 All prices shown on the website include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed.
3.3 Glimora reserves the right to change prices or conditions at any time. However, such changes do not affect existing confirmed Agreements.
3.4 In the event of an obvious error or mistake, including but not limited to incorrect pricing or typographical errors on the website, Glimora reserves the right to cancel the Agreement. If payment has already been made, Glimora will refund the amount paid in full without delay.

4. Payment

4.1 Payment must be made using the methods offered during checkout (including iDEAL, credit card, and other methods supported by our payment provider).
4.2 Orders will only be shipped after full payment has been received by Glimora.
4.3 If manual bank transfer is offered and chosen, payment must be made to:
IBAN: NL94BUNQ2161216864, in the name of Glimora Beauty Group B.V.
4.4 Quotations or order confirmations issued by Glimora remain valid for 10 calendar days. If payment is not received within this period, Glimora reserves the right to cancel the Agreement.

5. Delivery and Availability

5.1 Glimora aims to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days.
5.2 Delivery times are indicative. Exceeding the stated delivery time does not entitle the Customer to compensation or cancellation of the Agreement, unless the delay exceeds 30 days.
5.3 Orders are delivered to the address provided by the Customer, who is responsible for ensuring correct and complete delivery information.
5.4 If a Product is out of stock or no longer available, Glimora reserves the right to cancel the Agreement or offer an alternative Product of equal value. The Customer will be informed accordingly and is entitled to cancel the Agreement free of charge if the alternative is not accepted.
5.5 In the event of a product recall due to safety or quality concerns, Glimora will inform the Customer immediately. The Customer is obliged to follow Glimora’s instructions regarding the return or disposal of the affected Product. In such cases, the Customer will be entitled to a replacement or refund.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy

6.1 The Customer has the right to return Products within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
6.2 Opened, used, or damaged Products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations.
6.3 If a Product is defective or damaged upon delivery, the Customer is entitled to an exchange or refund under statutory warranty rights.
6.4 Return requests must first be submitted in writing via hello@glimoracare.com. The return address will then be provided.
6.5 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, unless the Product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

7. Warranty

7.1 Glimora guarantees that its Products meet reasonable consumer expectations and are free from manufacturing defects.
7.2 The statutory warranty period applies.
7.3 Warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
 a) improper use of the Product;
 b) negligence by the Customer;
 c) normal wear and tear.

8. Liability

8.1 Glimora cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from misuse or incorrect application of its Products.
8.2 Glimora’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product that directly caused the damage.
8.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it is unlawful to do so (e.g. in cases of death or personal injury caused by negligence).

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content made available by Glimora, including but not limited to product designs, logos, brand names, images, texts, and website materials, is protected by intellectual property rights. Such rights are owned by Glimora Beauty Group B.V. or its licensors.
9.2 Customers and third parties are not permitted to copy, distribute, reproduce, modify, or otherwise use any content without the prior written consent of Glimora.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

10.1 Personal data provided by the Customer will be processed in accordance with Glimora’s Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
10.2 The Privacy Policy is available on the website and forms an integral part of these Terms.

11. Complaints

11.1 Complaints regarding Products or services must be submitted in writing via hello@glimoracare.com.
11.2 Glimora aims to respond to complaints within 14 days of receipt. If a longer period is required, the Customer will be informed accordingly.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

12.1 All Agreements and disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed exclusively by Dutch law.
12.2 Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
12.3 Legal proceedings shall be conducted in the English language, unless both parties mutually agree in writing to use the local language of the court.

13. No Rights from Errors

13.1 Typographical errors, spelling mistakes, or other clerical errors in offers, communications, or these Terms shall not entitle the Customer to any rights or claims against Glimora.
13.2 Glimora reserves the right to correct such errors at any time without prior notice.
